Responsibilities
- Entry and Exit administration
- Co-ordinate induction days
- Maintain and update personnel files
- Assist with maternity, paternity and adoption administration processes
- Monitor probationary periods
- Holiday and sickness reporting
- Issue offer letters and contracts to new entriesand change letters
- Liaise with finance regarding monthly payroll changes
- Provide support with regards to ER issues
- Monitor trial periods e.g. flexible working
- Administer employee benefits
- Assist with annual salary reviews
- Take minutes at disciplinaries
- Assist with recruitment, liaising with HRM
- Take up and respond to reference requests
- Assist with any ad hoc HR projects
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.
Skills:
Candidate must posses excellent:
- MS Excel knowledge.
- Reporting skills.
Salary: N80,000 Monthly.
