Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Entry and Exit administration

  • Co-ordinate induction days

  • Maintain and update personnel files

  • Assist with maternity, paternity and adoption administration processes

  • Monitor probationary periods

  • Holiday and sickness reporting

  • Issue offer letters and contracts to new entriesand change letters

  • Liaise with finance regarding monthly payroll changes

  • Provide support with regards to ER issues

  • Monitor trial periods e.g. flexible working

  • Administer employee benefits

  • Assist with annual salary reviews

  • Take minutes at disciplinaries

  • Assist with recruitment, liaising with HRM

  • Take up and respond to reference requests

  • Assist with any ad hoc HR projects


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.


Skills:


Candidate must posses excellent:



  • MS Excel knowledge.

  • Reporting skills.


Salary: N80,000 Monthly.
