Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Seek and explore relationships with various external stakeholders relevant to all TGI businesses.
- Manage internal and external events in collaboration with relevant manager.
- Manage event critical paths, oversee scheduling, vendor management, budgeting, and other event related logistics.
- Managing events presence that require corporate presence.
- Overseeing events presence for Business units.
- Managing sponsorship requests and providing analysis to guide sponsorship decisions.
- Report and evaluation of sponsorship/events participation to include impact, efficiency and costing for continuous improvement or discontinuation.
- Provide expertise on event elements, audio-visual technologies, event support resources and industry trends.
- Manage external suppliers and manage agencies and vendors for company events.
- Support the goals and objectives set forth by the head of department.
Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Management or other relevant field.
- 3-5 years consistent event management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a wide range of events ranging from grassroot executions to complex corporate experiences.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Clear understanding of event production and can identify and mitigate risks with detailed planning.
