Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities



  • Seek and explore relationships with various external stakeholders relevant to all TGI businesses.

  • Manage internal and external events in collaboration with relevant manager.

  • Manage event critical paths, oversee scheduling, vendor management, budgeting, and other event related logistics.

  • Managing events presence that require corporate presence.

  • Overseeing events presence for Business units.

  • Managing sponsorship requests and providing analysis to guide sponsorship decisions.

  • Report and evaluation of sponsorship/events participation to include impact, efficiency and costing for continuous improvement or discontinuation.

  • Provide expertise on event elements, audio-visual technologies, event support resources and industry trends.

  • Manage external suppliers and manage agencies and vendors for company events.

  • Support the goals and objectives set forth by the head of department.


Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Management or other relevant field.

  • 3-5 years consistent event management experience.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing a wide range of events ranging from grassroot executions to complex corporate experiences.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Clear understanding of event production and can identify and mitigate risks with detailed planning.
