Driver Account Manager is responsible for collecting and maintaining a record of all outstanding payment. Making payment arrangement and advising clients on repayment plans.
H/She suggest various debt collection tactics and programs based on requirements.
This position will demonstrate the ability to lead and train others.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Drive the collections process across all regions to meet cash collection targets.
Managing Collection Activity – Monitoring aging reports and collection activity to ensure receivables are collected within standard credit terms
Reviews collection process’s effectiveness and policies.
Take a leadership role in the design and analysis of collections information supporting the Collections optimization .
Ensure training plans and documentation are up to date and in place for collections of receivables and applications.
Staff Development: Involvement in the career development of the team any staffing decisions
Leadership: effectively lead, manage and develop collections teams across current and new city launches.
Requirements
3-5+ years of proven collection experience with at least one year in a managerial role.
Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences in different functions in multiple geographic locations
Knowledge of Credit Risk fundamental principles and their application to collections and recoveries strategy
Must be able to perform analysis and prepare spreadsheets
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional analytical skills, detailed documentation, and sound judgment
Must be able to perform independently, be self-motivated, and demonstrate initiative.
