Job Location: Must be Resident in the following Cities: Abuja, Lagos, Kano, and Ibadan.
Role Summary
Management of Marketing and Customer Relations Management functions at Territory level.
Key Accountabilities:
Marketing Management Functions:
- Ability to meet Management’s set Marketing and Sales Objectives for the Territory.
- Continuous Market Trends analyzes and consequential marketing solutions to meet Sales Objectives.
- Plan and execute all Social Media Marketing Campaigns.
- Periodic Performance Measurement and Evaluation Reporting.
Customer Relations Management Functions:
- Coordinate CRM function.
- Efficient and effective Customer complaints management.
- Supervise the collection, collation and analysis of Prospects and Customers data for informed marketing decision making.
- Managing client relationships and building excellent Brand reputation.
Core Competencies & Skills
- Must possess strong Digital Marketing skills.
- Must possess Marketing/Sales Analytical Skills.
- At least intermediate skills in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Excellent work ethics and Integrity.
- Creativity and problem-solving Skills.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field with at least 2/2 from an approved University.
- A minimum of 2-year proven experience in Social Media Marketing in corporate environment or at a Marketing/Advertising Agency.
- A minimum of 5-year proven experience in Services Marketing at a minimum of Unit Manager Level.
- Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector.
