Job description
Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including; managing an extremely active calendar appointment, completing expense reports, preparing confidential correspondence, arrange complex and detailed travel plans, intineraries, and agenda; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
Maintain professional, proactive and thoughtful communications with critical external partners, leadership team, and other staff on behalf of the CEO.
Plan, coordinate, and ensure the schedule of the CEO is followed and respected.
Provide "gate-keeper" and "gate-way" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
Work closely and effectively with the CEO, keeping them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropraitely. Act as a "barometer" having a sense of urgent and time-sensitive issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated.
Act as Iron-hand enforcer of project goal-setting and project review weekly schedules.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must excel at the following;
Must be a good and qualified driver with valid driver's license
Bachelors/HND Degree in Secretarial studies or any related Arts/Social Science course
Must have completed NYSC
Relevant working experience in similar role is an advantage
The ideal candidate is Gen Z born after March 1st 1996
