Responsibilities



  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs

  • Ensure documents are accurately filed and stored

  • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods

  • Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents

  • Manage and organize records and files

  • Prepare relevant reports as needed

  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

  • Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis.


Qualifications



  • First degree in any field from a reputable institution

  • Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience or related office experience

  • Experience filing documents is a must-have

  • Strong communications skills; written and verbal

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Strong computer skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to handle sensitive information

  • Innovative, organised, meticulous, and confident;

  • Effective leadership skills.

  • Handling multiple projects, assignments and duties.
