• Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
  

Key Tasks

• Drive vigorously the deposit mobilization activities & initiatives of the bank.


• Ensure products & services adequately meet the target market needs and the Sales & Marketing Team is adequately trained to achieve its target & deliver quality.


• Coordinate products promotional activities & events and ensure adherence to Bank and product guidelines.


• Work continuously on deposits and loan products to adapt them to potentially increasing competition, or customer demands,


• Make sure Bank products meet the Banks business strategy & profitability requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• B.Sc Degree or HND in any discipline.


• Higher Qualification / certification is added advantage


• Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role and environment.


• Ideal candidate must be self motivated, mentally agile, innovative, accurate & detailed oriented with great communication skills.


• Also, the candidate must have solid grasp of inbound marketing and Microfinance or commercial bank Experience.

Salary

N120,000 – N160,000 / Month.
