Job description


The Senior Sales Manager will be in charge of development and execution of processes, tools, and technologies that support other units of the organization, providing them with the tools to create, develop, and transform client relationships. These tools are often collectively referred to as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The successful candidate will have duties which includes providing guidance about market trends, to growing resources and tracking long term sales data for the business. The Senior Sales Manager will work across multiple teams to manage sales operators, providing them with the resources and tools necessary to support the overall business objectives.




Responsibilities



  • Track and analyze market and sales data, delivering reports on your findings to other key decision-makers

  • Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams

  • Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management

  • Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data

  • Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods

  • Monitor and assist with customer retention

  • Assist with account management

  • Get accurate, real-time visibility of team performance

  • Compare individual performances within a sales team

  • Create, communicate and compensate understandable goals

  • Maintain the CRM and other sales tools

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of existing sales processes and identify areas open to process improvement

  • Implement new processes, educating sales operators and teams on how best to utilize new tools and methods

  • Directly assist teams developing high-value clients

  • Devise high-level sales strategies in response to emerging trends and opportunities


Qualifications


Our senior sales manager is required to have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related discipline with at least 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience in addition posses the following



  • Excellent verbal communication and correspondence skills

  • The ability to use your initiative

  • Must posses good Customer service skills

  • Must posses the ability to persuade and sell our services

  • Must posses business management skills

  • Must posses good Leadership skills

  • Must be flexible and open to change

  • Must be organized and target driven
