- The Company is seeking to hire an Administrative Officer who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization.
- The responsibilities will include but not limited to organizing company records, overseeing department budgets and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.
Key Requirements
- Good First Degree in any relevant field.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 2 years’ Cognate experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.
- Good business writing and communication skills.
- Excellent team management skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Willingness to learn on the job.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and pay attention to details.
Remuneration
N82,000.00 Monthly Net.
