Description



  • The Company is seeking to hire an Administrative Officer who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization.

  • The responsibilities will include but not limited to organizing company records, overseeing department budgets and maintaining inventory of office supplies.


Key Responsibilities



  • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.

  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets.

  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.

  • Systematically filing important company documents.

  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.

  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.

  • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.

  • Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.


Key Requirements



  • Good First Degree in any relevant field.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Cognate experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.

  • Good business writing and communication skills.

  • Excellent team management skills.

  • Strong attention to details.

  • Willingness to learn on the job.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and pay attention to details.


Remuneration

N82,000.00 Monthly Net.
