KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Apply expert level of knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients. Deliverables and analysis conducted applies this knowledge and commercial implications and realities.
INSIGHTS GENERATION
- Designs appropriate research solutions to drive meaningful insight for clients' needs and their business
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Maximize individual and team performance and efficiency through effective people management;
- Leads performance management process, as and when required

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Relevant Degree / Diploma
- A minimum of five years market research experience with at least three (3) in Retail Measurement.
- Must be proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft word.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English language.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal: Country Managing Director, Business Development Teams, Research Teams, Operations Team, Human Resources, IT, Finance and Administration
- External: Clients, Suppliers, Interviewers, Supervisors
