  • As a founding contributor on the Sales Development Team, you will be responsible for developing key business opportunities by establishing connections, setting meetings, and coordinating demos for the greater organization.

  • This is a high impact position that helps support client relationships and revenue growth.

  • You’ll be partnering closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to identify future clients and will be responsible for generating qualified prosects through channels such as: cold calling, emailing, social selling and networking.

  • This role will work closely with all divisions of the Atlas team and will report to the Sales Development Lead.

  • We’re a remote company with regional offices globally. So, you can work from anywhere, or you can work from one of our offices, or you can trade off based on where the wind takes you. 


Key Responsibilities



  • Identifying sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and other methods for prospecting

  • Educate leads on our product and solutions and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with a Sales Director

  • Utilize our CRM and supporting tools to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, and accurately report and track all data

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to help drive revenue opportunities

  • Meet and exceed goals by hitting daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s

  • Lastly, bring your ideas and creativity to help develop new strategies and processes


About You



  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience

  • Preferred 1+ years in sales as a Sales Development Representative or similar

  • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points via phone and email

  • High energy, creative, attention to detail, strong desire to win, growth mindset

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills

  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly

  • Interest in learning new technologies

  • Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving organization

  • For Middle East  market preferable to speak Arabic and English
