Job Duties



  • The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and organizing a company’s marketing. He or she must be able to calculate the demand for the products or services offered by the company, determine customer base, monitor trends, analyze competition, forecast revenues, and establish pricing strategies.

  • Coordinate all aspects of marketing to ensure increased sales qualified leads and profits.

  • Marketing strategy and planning: Design marketing strategy and operational plan for each product across all relevant channels based on a deep understanding of the business, product, and marketing strategies.

  • Execution of marketing plan: Own the execution of all marketing activities, including adjusting the plan as required, hands-on execution, and working with internal and external teams

  • Content marketing and social media: Work with various teams to produce high-quality content and distribute it effectively across all relevant channels. Oversee the ongoing development of our key digital marketing assets. Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts target groups.

  • Targeted campaigns: Work closely with other stakeholders (internal and external) to design and execute effective events and campaigns for high-quality lead generation. Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.

  • Conferences and events: Organize targeted events for existing and potential counterparties. Promoting the company brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.

  • Relationship Management: Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.

  • Reporting & analytics: Work with the marketing department and other relevant stakeholders to build a fact base to be able to monitor and report results of all activities and make commercially sound recommendations. Evolving and optimizing our activities based on the learnings to facilitate better results and outcomes in future projects and campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments and industry trends.

  • Perform other duties assigned to you by your Line Manager.


Education and Experience



  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or similar.

  • Relevant professional certification such as Professional Chartered Marketer (CIM) or similar.

  • 3 to 6 years of experience

  • Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for E-commerce.

  • Advanced computer literacy, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of branding and design principles.
