What you would do
- Identify target accounts for GAC Automobiles, creating strategies for securing new business sales plans to meet sales objectives and goals;
- Work with multiple markets and all forms of sales;
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
- Own recruiting, sales objective plan, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports while giving a realistic forecast to the management team;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status;
What you should have
- B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years work experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Must have worked or is working with an automotive firm;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Salary: N270,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
