What you would do



  • Identify target accounts for GAC Automobiles, creating strategies for securing new business sales plans to meet sales objectives and goals;

  • Work with multiple markets and all forms of sales;

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;

  • Own recruiting, sales objective plan, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;

  • Present sales, revenue and expense reports while giving a realistic forecast to the management team;

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status;


What you should have



  • B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a related field;

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;

  • Must have worked or is working with an automotive firm;

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;

  • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close;

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise;

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.


Salary: N270,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
