Responsibilities



  • General Secretarial functions

  • Interface with staff and visitors on behalf of the Chairman


Qualifications



  • First Degree / HND in Office Management, Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related courses

  • At least 3 years experience in similar role


Other Conditions:



  • Ideal candidates should presently reside or can procure accommodation easily in Onitsha

  • A maximum of 35years of age

  • They should be ready to be interviewed PHYSICALLY in Onitsha within oneweek


Skill Set:



  • Ability to effectively use or Microsoft office suite

  • Effective oral communication and writing skills

  • Peoples management skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Abilityto work independently with little supervision.

  • Business Acumen

  • Attention to details.


Salary

N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
