Responsibilities

• Deliver company products from the warehouse to the customers, loading and unloading whenever necessary.


• Responsible for providing customers with the products ordered and ensuring the amounts/quantity and delivery days are correct.


• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service


• Ensure that effective communication is used at all levels of the customer transaction and always be available when issues arise.


• Build strong professional relationships with customers in a fast-paced, constantly moving environment.


• Maintain sales and delivery records.


• Account for the safe and timely delivery of purchased products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred


• 3 years’ experience in a sales focused customer/client facing role with a track record of top performance


• Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions and support


• Ability to lift up to 5kg product weight and be agile enough to load and unload merchandise.
