The Executive Assistant will perform assigned projects and responsibilities throughout various departments including general and finance administration, and human resource management.
Job Description
Analyse and draft contracts including service, procurement, and human resources.
Formulate and draft business correspondence on behalf of executive management.
Correspond with partners, suppliers, and service providers.
Support administrative and HR departments.
Compile reports and make presentations.
Analyse existing systems and offer new ideas for improvement.
Conduct research and assist executive management wherever possible.
Complete fieldwork or visit different work sites when required.
Qualification and Requirements
A university degree, preferably from a foreign university, with a grade not lower than Second Class Upper Division. Professional qualifications and/or certifications offer added advantage. Professional qualifications and/or certifications offer added advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
Excellent maths and computational ability.
Ability to apply strategic thought processes to complex challenges and to develop innovative, yet practical, solutions.
Advanced competency in oral and written English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a professional work environment.
