Job Brief

• We are currently sourcing for a Truck Driver for a client of ours in Victoria Island, Lagos. This role would be responsible for transporting items in a safe and timely manner.


• As a Truck Driver they will see to the safe delivery of furniture and other products to various clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.


• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.


• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed


• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable at all times.


• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.


• Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.


• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.


• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.


• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification


• 5-10 years work experience as a Truck Driver.


• Candidate MUST reside within Victoria Island or its axis


• Has Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.


• A clean driving records


• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations.


• Ability to use google map.


• To succeed in this role, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing the clients with an excellent experience.


• You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled.

Compensation

N70,000 - N100,000/  Month plus other benefits
