Description of Role

Laborhack is a manpower supply company providing trained and vetted artisans on demand for construction, installation, repair and maintenance projects.

We help to solve the problem associated with finding quality and trustworthy artisans to work on projects as all our artisans are trained in professional ethics/soft skills and vetted in line with international standards for technical competence.

Till date we have amassed more than 1,000 artisans across various construction fields including plumbing, electrical, masonry, carpentry, painting, HVAC and cleaning.

Our artisans are otherwise referred to as LaborHack Pros.

Job Description for an Electrical Assessor

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

Academic Qualification

• 
  

  Bachelors in Electrical Engineering  OR 

  
  


• 
  

  Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering 

  
  

 Experience

• 
  

  Minimum of three years of working experience in the industry

  
  


• 
  

  Previous or current experience as a Trainer and assessor

  
  


• 
  

  Experience as a Field supervisor or electrical project manager will be an advantage

  
  

The successful candidate(s) will be expected to:

• 
  

  Prepare the content and materials required to run physical assessments of artisans

  
  


• 
  

  Carry out the physical assessment in line with the expected competencies being assessed

  
  


• 
  

  Submit physical assessment reports and grades for certification of successful candidates
