Job Description
- We are looking for a multi-faceted individual who is highly sociable, dynamic and energetic, as well as possess a knack for problem-solving.
- As Customer Service/Community Manager, you will ensure that the space operates smoothly.
- Your number one responsibility is to ensure that our members have an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities
Front Desk / Reception:
- Greeting members and guests
- Answering phone calls
- Booking meeting rooms
- Taking and categorizing mail and packages
- Opening and closing the office
- Dealing with general administrative duties.
- Take care of potential member inquiries
- Conduct member tours, send and track follow-ups
- Complete sign-ups and onboard new members.
Facility Management:
- Ensuring that the coworking space is clean, inventory is stocked, mail is received and local vendors deliver without disruption.
- Intermittent tidying, making or refilling coffee.
Sales and Marketing:
- Membership sales, invoicing, and record keeping.
Member / Community Engagement:
- Create networking initiatives, organize social events and manage social media accounts.
About You
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
- A good communicator, used to dealing with customers – ideally in the hospitality or events industry
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
- Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages.
Remuneration
N30,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
