Location:     Lagos (Victoria Island)

Salary:        NGN 75,000.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transporting company staff / Clients and various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.


• Interact with clients/staff professionally at all times.


• Assist with the loading and offloading of luggage, products, and materials as the need arises.


• Use navigation applications to determine the best route so as to avoid traffic congestion or blocked routes.


• Ensure strict supervision on all activities going on within the van/car by other individuals.


• Keep mileage records, repair records up-to-date and arrange for vehicle repairs/servicing as needed.


• Ensure that the fuel gauge does not go lower than three bars at all times.


• Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.


• Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking only in order to avoid towing.


• Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.


• Maintain accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.


• Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management in a timely manner.


• Ensure to follow through with all the traffic Rules on the road, the ethic of Road Safety Commission while driving and Vehicle Inspection Officers.


• Ensure a continuous check on all vehicle particulars making sure that the are up to date and not expired.


• Inform the Admin. Officer on near expired documents one month ahead.


• Ensure to maintain a valid driver’s license, Company ID card and LASDRI ID card.
