We are looking to hire a Recruitment Intern to support our recruiting activities, help us hire efficiently, and keep our hiring process running. You will assist in providing support for the recruitment team in fulfilling clients’ recruitment needs.
Responsibilities
Supporting the recruitment team with the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
Managing all candidates' emails and feedback
Schedule calls and interviews
Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they go for interviews
Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Possess an HND or BSc in relevant fields.
0 - 1 year of proven experience as Recruitment Intern or other recruiting-related roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fast learner
Have a great interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English, comfortable to write and speak English as daily conversation.
Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
