Our client, an event industry in Lagos is in need of a CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER


Responsibilities:



  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Write invoice and thorough follow up on clients

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Knowing the company inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


Requirements:



  • ND or its equivalent

  • Minimum of 2-3years as a customer service officer

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

  • Comfortable using computers.

  • Experience working with customer support.

  • PS: candidates staying at Surulere or its environs will be highly considered
