Establish and implement an efficient project-related documents control register, database and hard copy filing system
Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system
Control company and project documentations
Coordinate sorting, storing, retrieving and archiving electronic and hard copy documents of project and organizational records
Implement workflows and collate issue and receive documents in accordance with project requirements for the development, review and approval of design documentation and all other procedures, instructions, materials certification and records that are subject to review and approval.
Conduct regular reviews and document audits
Help in the planning stages of a specific project
Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
Establish and maintain a correspondence system
Plan and record documents flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub- contractors and the project office.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Admin some experience using software applications like Microsoft Office, construction management applications and document management systems.
At least 3-5 years' experience in document control position in a construction industry.
