Job Responsibilities

• Work with the CEO to strategically plan HR initiatives that enhance efficient work.


• Conducting recruitment processes: reviewing and shortlisting applications.


• Managing HR records related to compensation, health and medical insurance.


• Addressing issues related to insurance, such as HMO.


• Resolving issues relating to workplace safety.


• Conducting training for new employees and existing employees.


• Terminating defiant employees' contracts.


• Communicating HR policies to all employees.


• Following up on statutory obligations of the Nigerian government- PAYEE.


• Conduct and organize various welfare activities.


• Regularly update the company's communication channels.

Key Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc qualification.


• 2 – 5 years of work experience required.


• Certifications in Human Resources will be an added advantage
