Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Make sure Account Management processes are working properly in your region;
- Communicate with some of the biggest and most innovative brands in the world;
- Generate upsell revenue from existing client portfolio;
- Ensure retention of your accounts;
- Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, Ad Operation, Sales, Product & Creative teams, and Management teams;
- Ensure and manage successful campaign launches and KPI reach;
- Plan and prepare business proposals for prospective and existing clients;
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Requirements
What will help you do it:
- 2+ years experience in digital account management, relevant sales experience;
- Tech-savviness and a good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, set and reach ambitious goals;
- Sharing Eskimi values - growth, initiative & drive, and a high sense of ownership;
- Creative mindset.
