Responsibilities

What You’ll do:



  • Make sure Account Management processes are working properly in your region;

  • Communicate with some of the biggest and most innovative brands in the world;

  • Generate upsell revenue from existing client portfolio;

  • Ensure retention of your accounts;

  • Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, Ad Operation, Sales, Product & Creative teams, and Management teams;

  • Ensure and manage successful campaign launches and KPI reach;

  • Plan and prepare business proposals for prospective and existing clients;

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.


Requirements

What will help You do it:



  • 2+ years experience in digital account management, relevant sales experience;

  • Tech-savviness and a good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices;

  • Fluency in English and French;

  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, set and reach ambitious goals;

  • Sharing Eskimi values - growth, initiative & drive, and a high sense of ownership;

  • Creative mindset.
