Vantegral Consulting is looking to fill the position of a Contract Specialist for our Client company, in the Nigeria Oil and gas Industry to negotiate, finalize and monitor the contracts for the organization.

Job Summary:

The Contract specialist will perform a range of duties including negotiating contract terms, preparing contracts, evaluating bids, and also researching current regulations.

The Ideal contract specialists should enjoy drafting and editing contracts, demonstrating excellent attention to detail abilities. In addition to being an excellent communicator, he or she should also possess in-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract agreements, and legal terminology.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with acquisition and procurement professionals.


• Securing supplier and seller contracts.


• Prepare contact proposals, Evaluating bids and


• Overseeing and approving negotiations of prices, deliverables and timelines.


• Reviewing regulations and industry standards to ensure their contract processes and policies are up to date


• Building of competitive contracts that would financially benefit the organization.

Job Requirement/Skill:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience


• Excellent writing skills


• Exceptional Time management


• Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
