The Van Sales Representative is an innovative and collaborative individual who serves the Business and actively recruits, secures sales and develops strategies for customer(s) retention. He/she is responsible for sales and distribution of products, manage customer account and report same to the Business.
Responsibilities
Responsible for effective distribution of Company’s products in line with the Business’s guidelines.
To onboard, manage existing and potential outlets in the assigned territory.
Recruit and develop new customers in assigned territory
Monitor customers’ progress and improve sales figures
To constantly monitor the market trend with a view to maintaining and increasing the Business’s share of the market in the assigned territory.
Collate and report on competitive activities in the assigned territory.
Responsible for recommending and coordinating in-store specific promotions.
Ensure effective implementation of tactical products visibility campaigns in the assigned territory.
Requirements
Minimum of OND in related field.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a sales and marketing field.
Knowledge of and experience with sales and marketing principles
Ability to effectively manage multiple customers & outlets concurrently while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Strong customer relation, written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to drive and possess a valid Driver’s license.
