Provide proactive diary management and co-ordination of meetings/training and all related arrangements i.e. travel arrangements, booking of accommodation and venue for training
Planning and Organizing event
Plan and schedule Meetings and Conferences
Maintain and update asset register
Maintaining/ procuring inventory of office supplies
Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Answer queries by employees
Plan, Schedule, and organize in-house and external events
Planning and Arrangement for deliveries
Repairs and Maintenance of Company assets and equipment
Overseeing the daily running activities of the office.
Establish and maintain vendors accounts
Relate with reps in car maintenance issues
Ensuring that all office equipmentare functional
Ensure timely repair and replacement of defective equipment that is affecting operation.
Act as a key interface in dealing with government and regulatory bodies -LASAA, NEPA Etc.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc qualification
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the same role
