Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and carry out the talent acquisition strategy.


• Conduct sourcing activities to fill available roles.


• Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.


• Manage recruitment and selection process.


• Served as brand ambassador at various career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.


• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and create a pipeline for niche roles.


• Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.


• Work closely with the marketing department to develop employer branding initiatives.


• Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies


• Remain current on talent acquisition trends and provide ideas to improve hiring activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree


• 3 to 5 years experience preferably in talent acquisition


• In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods


• Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes


• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
