Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate and carry out the talent acquisition strategy.

  • Remain current on talent acquisition trends and provide ideas to improve hiring activities.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3 to 5 years experience preferably in talent acquisition

  • In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods

  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes

  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
