Summary



  • We are seeking a growth manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for creating the company's growth plan, coordinating and executing growth programs, optimising the revenue funnel, structuring the operations process for maximum productivity, and creating and executing marketing campaigns.

  • Creating and building new partnerships is also an important part of this process, both large and small.


Main Duites / Responsibilities



  • Build new partnerships, both large and small, with a focus on improving brand equity, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Develop and execute high-growth marketing campaigns.

  • Establish and maintain a marketing plan, ensuring continuous improvement of the plan.

  • Ensure high achievement and performance through data-driven decisions.

  • Coordinate teamwork within the company and ensure collaboration and understanding across departments.

  • Make sure that our brand has a positive image and help scale the business across other states.


Requirements and Skills



  • Must be familiar with the logistics industry.

  • Expertise in brand strategy and marketing.

  • A thorough understanding of revenue generation, budget performance, and marketing concepts in achieving strategic goals.

  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies

  • Expertise in brand building.

  • Ability to translate the company's vision effectively and attract partners with brand communication.

  • Expertise in crafting creative, inspiring stories that convey complex ideas in an understandable way.

  • Experience using analytical and reporting tools (such as Google Analytics, Power BI, etc).

  • A/B testing in marketing.

  • Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization and Content Management

  • Knowledge of social media platforms, online engagement, and analytics.

  • Experience managing marketing campaigns.

  • Experience in launching promotional initiatives (e.g. online campaigns, events, etc.)

  • Skills in strategic and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to supervise, guide, and engage junior team members.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and comfort with offering solutions and clarity where ambiguity exists

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • A passion for social impact and sustainability, and a thirst for making a difference in the world.

  • Understands and empathises with customers' concerns.
