Assist in maintaining the employee’s personal files/records as well as HR general records (online and hardcopy) by daily filing/updating the various files/record books for prompt retrieval when the need arises.
Assist to monitor and maintain daily attendance records of employees as input into the salary computation on a monthly basis by inspecting and coordinating the bio-metric attendance machine or hardcopy register of all employee and report any variation/update.
Assist to input store requisition for HR related requests on the AXAPTER and monitor the workflow for prompt approval.
Assist in recruitment exercises, training and development, and other departmental activities
THE PERSON MUST
Computer Literate.
Good communication.
Good Interpersonal & Analytical skills.
QUALIFICATION
OND in Business Administration or related discipline.
