Job Description



  • The Brand Associate is responsible for the implementation of brand development and marketing strategies.

  • This role requires in-depth knowledge, and experience in brand and marketing communications, copywriting, public relations, partnership management, and brand development and management.

  • The candidate must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be creative, self-motivated, and well-organized.


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Curate customer experience by managing the brand communication strategy across all communication and sales channels.

  • Own, develop and maintain the external brand narrative and leverage opportunities for high visibility brand and product stories.

  • Deliver clear and compelling copy across all consumer and promotional channels, ensuring messaging is aligned and on-brand.

  • Strategize, develop, and execute all brand awareness and public relations initiatives across channels, including but not limited to offline and digital media.

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders in the execution of public relations initiatives.

  • Design and organize events and activations that generate awareness, grow the customer base, and produce returns for the brand.

  • Identify, evaluate, prepare, and execute strategic value creation partnership and collaboration opportunities.

  • Execute and provide support for other cross-functional brand and marketing initiatives.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business or relevant field

  • Master’s degree (or second degree equivalent)

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • In-depth knowledge of communication, PR, copywriting, marketing, and brand management

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Creative and innovative

  • Strong organizational skills
