  • Monitoring employee’s attendance at Sales Point/depots

  • Requesting of goods from main branch upon arrangement with the Territory Sales Manager

  • Monitoring the daily sales activities

  • Reviewing and approving payment from petty cash and the IOU of goods for the Sales Rep.

  • Facilitate conveyance of supplied goods to customers/other branches

  • Reconciling the petty cash with the Billing Operators randomly (at least 4 times per month)

  • Confirming payment from cashbox, petty cash replenishment and trip expenses for Sales Rep.

  • Reconciling the daily cash sales with the Cashier and the stock with the Storekeeper every 2 weeks and sending report to the Management.

  • Follow up the aging accounts with the customer care representative and the Senior Accountant

  • Monitoring the payment for loading /offloading of goods and checking the average consumption of vehicles on weekly basis

  • Following up on corrective action suggested by Sales Point Inspector

  • Coordinating with the Logistics department regarding insurance policy renewal, maintenance of vehicles

  • Monitoring the fuel consumption of generators set and confirm purchase of assets


Requirements



  • First Degree (HND/B.Sc.) in any discipline

  • The candidate must have at least 3 – 4 years relevant working experience

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint etc.)

  • Ability to liaise internally and external administrative matters

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
