Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Sales Associate is to develop the assigned market for Consumer Electronics and increase demand generation for all categories of consumer electronic products sold by Sabi.
Job Description
Demand Generation
- The sales agent (Consumer Electronics) will work to expand demand for assigned products in territory
- Prepare sales forecasts for the territory
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline across the different categories of products.
- Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics
Leadership
- Be responsible for GMV, NMV, Revenue and Margin contributions of assigned territory to Sabi
- Performance Management and Reporting
- Drive performance management on the key performance indicators including demand, availability gaps, price achievement and profitability
- Proactively provide visibility around sales, pipelines, strategic partnerships and targets through scheduled reports, stand up meetings etc.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers
Commercial Support
Challenge and lead financialcommercial aspects of the territory business and ownership of existing and new business models.
Job Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience of Sales of consumer electronics; mobile phones, electrical appliances and related products.
- Strong field sales ability and experience.
- Street smart and with a drive for sales
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to exert influence where necessary
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
