Digital Infrastructure Support Business Analyst is responsible for providing technical support for a full range of business technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), software support and implementation, network infrastructure, IP phones/PBX, mobile devices, and specialized business applications and core application.
He will also be responsible for supporting and implementing applications, process automation support, user engagement and business requirements gathering, documentation and business analysis.
Responsibilities
Technical support for digital infrastructure (hardware and software).
Cloud computing support.
Network and telecommunications support.
Providing support to internal users.
Resolving technology challenges as they arise.
End-user training.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
Setting up accounts for new users.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Testing new technology.
Business requirements analysis and process automation support.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
