JOB DESCRIPTION:


Increasing referral patient numbers in a given zone through sales interactions, communications, and marketing support.


RESPONSIBILITIES:  



  • Handle outbound and inbound calls effectively.

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  • Set short- and long-term sales strategies

  • Evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.

  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.

  • Managing recruits, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

  • Other duties as assigned. 


REQUIREMENTS:



  • Excellent command of the english language, especially spoken. 

  • Basic medical knowledge. 

  • Building Relationships.

  • Meeting Sales Goals/targets.

  • Excellent Negotiation skills.

  • Sell to Customer Needs

  • Motivation

  • Coaching skills

  • Ability to Manage Processes
