JOB DESCRIPTION:
Increasing referral patient numbers in a given zone through sales interactions, communications, and marketing support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls effectively.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Set short- and long-term sales strategies
- Evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Managing recruits, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent command of the english language, especially spoken.
- Basic medical knowledge.
