Beacongate is currently hiring for the position of Head, Business Development Unit for a Real Estate Company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1st degree with 5 years experience in a similar position.

(Real Estate experience is a must-have)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop sales and marketing strategy for the company


• Drive the Marketing Team to achieve the company’s sales target


• Identify new sales leads


• Work closely with the Social Media team to ensure business strategies are incorporated in the Social Media handles


• Maintain relationship with current and prospective customers


• Preparation of weekly marketing and sales reports


• Introduce new marketing opportunities and new ways to promote company’s brand


• Achieve given sales target


• Perform other duties/ functions as assigned

SALARY

N200,000 /month with commissions.
