Responsibilities



  • Preparation of weekly float from all CIT location to be submitted to Audit department.

  • Preparation of monthly receivables from all CIT clients and submitted to account department at the end of every month.

  • Preparation of CIT attendance submitted to HR department every month.

  • Prepare monthly CBN report to be submitted to CBN.

  • Attends to related problems concerning CIT staff.

  • Attend to all customer complaints, documented and responded to and action taken.

  • Training of new crew chief and crew driver on policies and procedures, rules and regulations of CIT operations.

  • Ensure all CIT are well kitted for Operations.

  • Other duties as required by the department.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • HND/BSC

  • 2-3years work experience in same industry.

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
