Responsible for ensuring transparency and audibility of management accounting and ensures conformity of all costs, whether direct or indirect to the approved cost control procedure.
Responsible for ensuring correct cost allocation.
Provide correct budgets and cost estimates for the Company.
Responsible for producing, issuing, and sharing cost control reports.
Efficiently organize work inside the team to avoid any irregularities during vacation period and continuously supervise and coach the members of cost control team of the Company.
Responsible to improve and develop relevant Budgeting and Cost Control processes within the Company.
Periodical update of Budgeting & Cost Control procedure in accordance with the established procedure.
Communicate and highlight on a timely basis any important issues related to Project cost and budget, after verification with the project control team.
Responsible for the preparation of Annual Budget and Budget revisions in accordance with the business plan.
Responsible for coordinating in conjunction with the Project Control Team; extract the Project Budget and consolidate the Company’s budget three times in a year.
Handle any other Cost Control roles that may be assigned from time to time by Group Finance Director, etc
