Responsibilities



  • Generate and develop sales annually

  • Technical understanding of Simon Products( Switches and Sockets, Indoor, Outdoor & Architectural Lighting etc)

  • Actively seeking out and obtaining new accounts

  • Participate in the articulation and development of plans, programs, and strategies to facilitate the realization of the company’s marketing and sales strategies.

  • Responsible for developing opportunities in targeted industry sectors as well as sourcing for clients, generating leads for sales or partnerships, and closing deals

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.

  • Attend workshops, trade shows, seminars anther networking events to keep up to date on changes in the industry and to meet possible clients.

  • Staying informed as to competitive products, and reporting market trends and new technologies by evaluating results and competitive developments.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline

  • 3 to 4 years experience in Consumer sales as a sales representative

  • Knowledge of consultative selling approach

  • Innovative, generating original solutions and lots of ideas.

  • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly

  • Strong knowledge of B2B & B2C selling.
