KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the principal

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

  • Organising events and conferences

  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

  • Managing databases and filing systems

  • Liaising with staff, clients etc

  • Collating and filing expenses

  • Carrying out miscellaneous tasks to support the principal


REQUIREMENTS



  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related courses

  • 1-3 years’ experience in similar role

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative

  • Basic knowledge of Ms suites

  • A Multilingual ability is an added advantage
