Salary Range: N175,000- 225,000


Our client in the Fintech Sector is looking to hire a Sales Associate to focus on customer retention.


JOB SUMMARY:

As a Sales Associate,You will ensure that you maintain your monthly targets of customer retention and satisfaction MoM. You will be focused on existing customer engagement. You will be required to manage, engage and process returning customers through loan offers and repayments. You will be required to

give a customer count capacity to enable effectiveness in customer loan management. You will also be incharge of converting a set number of inactive into active customers from an inactive list shared at the beginning of the month.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY



  • Retention rate: Increase borrower retention rate by sustaining effective customer

  • relations and solving for customer pain points

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success in repayment and retention

  • Develop positive relationships with clients

  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

  • Generate new customer acquisition strategies from the feedback of the existing

  • customer networks to ensure sales increase

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions

  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

  • Monitor customer retention metrics MoM

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for grow


JOB REQUIREMENT



  • Proven 2+ years experience as a Sales account representative or Sales account executive

  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

  • Knowledge of CRM software and Google suite or MS Office (Excel in particular)

  • Understanding of sales and retention performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time

  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
