Job Description



  • Reporting into the VP of Sales, you will act as an integral part of the enterprise sales team, nurturing and developing both inbound and outbound leads obtained from in country Business Development Executives. Identifying key sales initiatives, qualification of prospects, and driving adoption through the sales process.

  • You will work closely with internal teams cross Marketing and Product to support widening our reach, and utilising localised research and market analysis to bring our Value Proposition to life.

  • Sales is our lifeblood, and we only want to hire and invest people that have the necessary qualities to become part of a globally changing business. To succeed you will have to be an achiever, face significant competition, have high work ethics, strong emotional and sales intelligence, a deep understanding on building and controlling a defined sales process, have strong networking skills and are able to position and pitch compelling sales arguments.

  • The purpose of the job is to drive the development of strong brand equity and big portfolio ideas that deliver positive scale to the business.


 What You Will Be Doing



  • Development and delivery of the portfolio Annual Brand Plans to achieve volume, share, penetration targets and to drive brand equity aligned with business objectives.

  • Manage marketing research and consumer insights on portfolio.

  • Contribute to identifying and programming long term vision for overall business development.

  • Objectively assess marketplace and business conditions to develop recommendations that support the long-term strategic direction of portfolio.

  • Project Management

  • Manage innovation pipeline of portfolio to deliver growth targets.

  • Identify, gain approval and manage new product and / or brand development projects which will satisfy consumer needs.

  • Represent the marketing function for project execution meetings to ensure on-time and in-budget delivery of activities.

  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.

  • Track record of over-achieving quota

  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively


Preferred Qualification / Experience



  • Tertiary qualification preferably Marketing or Business related.

  • Minimum of three (3) years in consumer brand marketing role

  • Experience within a fast-growing tech start-up.

  • Experience selling payments, platform solutions, eCommerce or marketplace solutions.

  • Proven active involvement in Digital Marketing.
