Experience: Not less than 5 years

Responsibilities



  • Leading the organization’s strategic planning process to ensure that all departments are aligned with the company’s goals

  • Creating a culture of innovation by encouraging all employees to share new ideas and insights on how to improve processes or procedures

  • Establishing specific performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of each department and individual employee

  • Developing new products or services, such as mobile apps or e-commerce sites, to meet changing customer needs

  • Overseeing the implementation of new technologies that can improve efficiency in business operations

  • Establishing strategic alliances with other companies with complementary products or services to expand offerings and increase market share in existing markets

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of current strategies and activities to improve performance in identified areas of concern

Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

  • MBA in finance, accounting, marketing and management.
