Job Description
Reporting to: Executive Director
Experience: Not less than 5 years
Responsibilities
- Leading the organization’s strategic planning process to ensure that all departments are aligned with the company’s goals
- Creating a culture of innovation by encouraging all employees to share new ideas and insights on how to improve processes or procedures
- Establishing specific performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of each department and individual employee
- Developing new products or services, such as mobile apps or e-commerce sites, to meet changing customer needs
- Overseeing the implementation of new technologies that can improve efficiency in business operations
- Establishing strategic alliances with other companies with complementary products or services to expand offerings and increase market share in existing markets
- Evaluating the effectiveness of current strategies and activities to improve performance in identified areas of concern

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- MBA in finance, accounting, marketing and management.
- Proven years of related experience.
