Responsibilities

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems


• Implement security measures


• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements


• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems


• Install and update company software and hardware as needed


• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.


• Good knowledge of operations of bank's infrastructures.


• Ability to troubleshoot systems, printers, Routers and other IT device.


• Outsourcing of IT equipments.


• Ability to obtain Customer technical satisfaction.


• Good knowledge of Digital banking.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.
