Job Description

• Welcoming visitors and introducing them to the appropraite personnel.


• Answering telephone calls.


• Establish and nurture relationship with clients and potencial customers to facilitate sales.


• Follow up prospects/clients via emails and text mesaages.


• Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various product.

Requirements

• OND, HND, B.Sc in any discipline.


• 1 - 3 years experience in customer care or telemarketing.


• Excellent phone etiquette and good communication skill.
