Responsibilties
- Candidate must be ready to generate leads and sales for the Car rental business, follow up on potential customers
- Ensuring all vehicles meet daily income targets.
- Boost Car rental service and income.
- Reach out and canvas for new clientele through outdoor marketing, cold-calling, networking with relevant organizations such as (Non-governmental Organizations, Political Parties, Oil Servicing Companies, Manufacturing Firms etc,)
· Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives
- Contribute in creating and generating marketing contents and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms
- Consistently develop and execute monthly, quarterly, annual sales plans and targets in alignment with car rental business objectives.
- Assess the needs of clients and gather feedback to improve existing products and services
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients, setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads then converting them into paid clients
- Attending client meetings and handling emails to clients
Other Requirements
Must have at least 5years experience in marketing, sales and business development
Minimum BSc/ BA Degree in any field
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team.
- Must have digital marketing and e-commerce management skills.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent Sales track record.
- Presentation + Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and drive a team
- Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem –solving skills and multi-tasking skills.
- Must have good knowledge of Abuja and Lagos metropolis
