Lead the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility, including service standards, equipment schedules, and work schedules
Create asset register and plan preventive maintenance schedule also update as at when due
Manage the quality of work done by vendors and technicians and certify that the job done meets compliance standards and government regulation
Manage facility officers, technicians, supervisors, for inspections and excellent daily service delivery on assigned projects
Communicate with Housekeeping to coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities for the store, Hotel, and other private and public areas
Develop systems and procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers and Team Members, as well as the proper conditions for plants, machinery, and property
Communicate with Government agencies to ensure full compliance with statutory regulations
Prepare repairs and maintenance budgets for facility maintenance
Manage planned daily/weekly inspection/walk around and document findings with appropriate solutions for supervisor’s approval regularly
Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the facility
Plan and coordinate all Inspection, testing of plumbing, fittings, installations, and refurbishments
Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers
Maintenance of all fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in a safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations arise
Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses.
Enforce weekly sales to see that sales target are met.
Introduce new programmes and events to oversee enriched activities of the lounge.
Coordinate renovation bidding, define the cost and scope of the project, and oversee the general contractor and subcontractors ensure quality work is performed cost-effectively
Identify and introduce environmentally-friendly systems and equipment
Monitor Key Performance Indicators and take corrective action, as required, to improve equipment inventory, quality audit, productivity, and other objectives.
What You Will Bring
B.Sc / BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, Architecture, or relevant field
3 - 7 years of experience.
Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position
The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Time management skills.
Teamwork, leadership, and motivational skills
Understanding of soft and hard service delivery
Good analytical / critical thinking
Relevant professional qualificationswill be an advantage.
Remuneration
Salary: N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
3% commission attached on finance net weekly sales target of N10,000,000.
