- We are looking for a Social Media Personnel with experience in digital brand imaging to drive the brand positively in the digital space and pull traffic as well as sales to the Organisation.
Responsibilities
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence across digital channels
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends, insights and optimise spend and performance based on insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, videos or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Stay up to date with latest social media practices and technologies
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
- Manage and oversee social media content.
Qualifications
- A Degree in Marketing or any other related field from a reputable university.
- Proven work experience in brand digital imaging and social media personnel.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and ad serving tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of consumer marketing.
Remuneration
N120,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
